Minas Kaloosian

As Chief Executive Officer, Minas is charged with the duty of setting the course and vision for Hydro Heaven. He earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, from the California State University San Bernardino. Following graduation, he was a successful Account Executive/Manager with a number of prominent firms, including Lucent Technologies and Avaya, Inc. Since July of 2004, Minas has been a Financial Advisor/Broker with Merrill Lynch while continuing his executive duties at Hydro Heaven.
Minas brings with him an extensive background in market research, sales, marketing, finance, and the executive decision making process. His background in technology has been instrumental in helping Hydro Heaven streamline their business operations and reach new customers more effectively via e-commerce. And his expertise in market research helps the business effectively cater to the ever-changing needs of their customers.
Raffi Kaloosian
COO, Kaloosian, Inc.
Raffi utilizes his extensive background in the stove and spa industry in his role as director of day-to-day operations at Hydro Heaven. He earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Entrepreneurship at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. As a college student, he started at Hydro Heaven as a part-time employee. Within nine months, the owners recognized his extraordinary marketing and management skills and elevated him to Store Manager, a position which he continued to hold after graduation. In May of 2004, Raffi and his brother, Minas, purchased Hydro Heaven.
Raffi’s experience in the stove and spa industry has made him an expert in the technological and chemical components of the product. His unique insight encompasses both a keen knowledge of the local market, as well as a broader understanding of industry trends. Perhaps most importantly, Raffi’s natural interpersonal skills have made him a successful director of sales and a principle reason why Hydro Heaven has built so many lasting and successful relationships with their customers. |
